As we begin 2020, I looked at the journey of last few years and thought to share some of it…
2016: Year of self awareness!
I was in a job and getting paid well
Found my passion and purpose. Read the book 10X Rule by my first mentor Grant Cardone
Started reading self help books like, Start with Why, Key Person of Influence, Oversubscribed, etc.
Started investing in self development. First big investment was $2000 in Grant Cardone University in order to learn sals.
I started with what I had and what I was learning. Created content on social media. I had only few followers then.
2017: Year of trials & testing on Social Media!
Spent over 13 Lakhs in self learning in 12 months, includes my second mentor Sifu Dan Lok’s High Ticket Closing program as well. I learnt the art of branding, positioning, content creation, book writing, funnel building, email marketing, closing, public speaking, webinar and workshop conducing etc.
Started writing my first book 80%Mindset 20%Skills
Did few free & cost effective workshops for Rs.699, started from Passive Income, Cold Calling Mastery, and all the way to paid workshop called “Passion that Pays”. There were the Proof of concepts that people are ready to pay for what I am teaching.
Stayed away from family as I had to win the battle of building business around passion. I needed to take massive action and for which I needed 100% unwavering focus on my passion and profession.
2018: Year of Launch and Freedom
I was able to quit a 16-year long 9to5 life with a salary of Rs.3.5Lakh a month and started to build my business around passion
Launched Mentorship program called Passionpreneur Mastermind, a one stop mentorship program to transform lives
Failed to close big ticket clients and felt miserable in my first workshop
Built 10K followers organically
TEDx and JoshTalks
Best Selling Author
Highly Paid Keynote speech. Making Rs. 3.5 lakh for 2 hours
2019: Year of growth
Kick off the 1 Crore Coach Program along with Ron Malhotra and started first batch and shortlisted batch 2
Travelled to Vancouver to receive my 6 Figure award from Sifu Dan Lok
Travelled to international locations like Hong Kong, Thailand & Dubai
Made over 1 Crore
First International Keynote Speech in Nepal
Launched Passionpreneur Mentors program & partners with 4 of my mentees. This is the effort that isn’t sexy at the beginning but this will help me to scale Passionpreneur mentees to having thousands of mentees. This also gives an opportunity to few mentees to become my partners in future.
Helped my mentees quit their jobs and start their business
Started Passionpreneur Mastermind Batch 3
Corporate client – 6 Months engagement – Teaching Sales and Leadership
Campaign on Leadership and Sales. Building a massive blog around it.
Will be helping corporate clients to build they social presence and social brand as well
Moved into WeWork with my team
100K Followers on YouTUbe, Linkedin and Facebook
Grew FB group from less than hundreds to Rs
Started building a team slowing
2020: Year of Scaling
Taking 1 Crore Coach global – Dubai, Oman. Just returned from the Dubai Trip and met some great people. Now is the time to collaborate and go global, go big!
Helping mentees grow their business and scale it
1 Million Followers
Launching 2 books – 6 Sundays A Week Life and one more
Travelling to Las Vegas for 10x Growth Con and Meeting my first mentor Grant Cardone. I have been following Grant Cardone for 3 years but never had a chance to meet him personally but this year I will make it.
Travelling to other international destinations like – Singapore, Bali, Spain, Italy, etc.
Spending quality time with family
20x Growth
Building an empire which is fully automated through People, Process and Systems
Building a digital university covering various critical skills like – Social Media Mastery, Filling the webinar and workshops, Closing from the stage, Social Media Brand building organically, writing a best selling book etc.
Aim is to make over Rs. 6 Crore
